Our office is located at 903 6th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Our hours are Monday Tuesday ThursdayFriday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m and Wednesday 8 a.m. to noon. Application are taken in person during these hours, no appointments are necessary. Applications are also accepted by mail at PO Box 130, Greeley, CO 80632.
