Scattered Site Housing

The Housing Authority owns six single family houses at different locations in Greeley.

The residents of these houses maintain the yards and are responsible for gas and electricity. 

It is the practice of the Housing Authority to offer current residents of our apartments who can and agree to maintain the yards and have good rental histories the opportunity to reside in one of these six houses.
