La Casa Rosa are one and two bedroom apartments for senior citizens (over age 55). This property is managed by the Housing Authority.
Rents are fixed, but well below market. The current rent for a one bedroom ranges from $450 - $505 a month, while two bedroom apartments monthly rent ranges from $550 - $625.
Eligibility is based on being 55 years old or older, income and ability to pay the fixed rent. Section 8 Vouchers may be used to help pay the rent.
