The Stage Coach Garden Apartments are thirty, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments designed for Low Income working families. Rents are at a fixed rate, but below market. Two bedroom apartments rent from $ 610 to $ 705, while three bedroom apartments rent from $ 685 to $ 840 monthly.
Eligibility is based on income and ability to pay the fixed rent. Section 8 Vouchers may be used to help pay the rent.
